Lloyd Bannings is back in his hometownafter having met his brother’s footsteps and joining an organization called the Crossbell Police Department. The department he is in is an area called the Special Support Section division, which is responsible for odd tasks and helps those who are in need. However, he and his colleagues slowly learn that their bustling city has a sinister criminal underbelly…as well as a few horrifying hidden secrets.

After three months of not being in his home town, Lloyd Bannings returns in an effort to follow in the footsteps of his deceased brother’s footsteps , and become a member of with the Crossbell Police Department. On his arrival at the station, he is assigned to the Special Support Section, a department which is new and handles small-scale requests and odd jobs. The new team he’s assigned to includes Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who’s asexual) along with Tio Plato (young technological genius).
While their CPD is often mocked by the media and looked down on by the rest of CPD, Lloyd and his team continue to strive for their city to become an improved place. As time passes, they are confronted with the corruption ruining their town. The residents aren’t aware of how deep the shadows around Crossbell City go…
